Named after the man Khal Mohammadi from Afghanistan, these rugs are characterized by dark, deep reds, blues and blacks. They have a Turkmen character, but with coppery-colored fields and a highly lustrous finish due to fine quality wool. With short piles and beautiful color, these rugs tend to be very warm and homey, with dark red backgrounds, tribal & floral patterns in dark blue, ochre and beige.
